Meredith Carty, Board Member

Meredith Carty is the owner and Principal Designer at Jones Street Creative, a brand design studio in Roanoke. She started it in 2019 after years leading marketing teams, and she's spent her career helping people figure out what they want to say and then say it with confidence.

That same idea drives her volunteer work. As a former coach with Girls on the Run and a volunteer with The Wild Way, she's watched girls try something new, feel unsure, do it anyway, and walk away a little braver. She knows first-hand the value of that experience, and wants more girls to have it.

She's a single mom of two boys, which keeps her schedule full and her sense of humor intact. On her own time, she takes full advantage of all the Roanoke Valley has to offer: kayaking, biking, camping, and daily walks with her rescue hound, Ginger.
