Join us for a day of stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing) on the Roanoke River!

There is nothing better than hitting the water on a hot summer day. The Wild Way is offering a relaxed introduction to stand-up paddleboarding on the Roanoke River. We will paddle around a calm part of the river near Explore Park and enjoy a relaxing picnic on the shores.

No paddling experience is necessary, but we do require that participants know how to tread water. This event is open to girls ages 9 to 14.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is provided to this event. We will meet at Wasena Park at 9am and return by 3:30pm.

PAYMENT: The Wild Way’s activities are offered on a sliding scale fee. After filling out the application below, you will be directed to a site where you can make your preferred contribution amount. Our services are FREE to families in need. Please don’t hesitate to request a fee waiver.
