The Wild Way partners with Roanoke Star Cycling to get more girls outside and on our amazing trail network here in the Roanoke Valley.
Want to get into the sport but not sure where to start? Come learn about Roanoke Star Cycling’s youth mountain bike team, and how your child can be a part of it! This session will include an introduction to mountain biking techniques and some practice runs on Vic Thomas Park’s beginner pump track. Scholarships, transportation, and loaner bikes are available for the spring season.
TRANSPORTATION: Parents can either drop off and pick up their child from Vic Thomas Park (1234 Midvale Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24016), or we can arrange for transportation to get to the park if necessary. Please let us know if you will require transportation and we will find a solution.
