Apply to participate in The Wild Way! At this time, The Wild Way is enrolling girls ages 9 to 14.

The Wild Way is teaming up with Roanoke Mountain Adventures (RMA) to offer an “Intro to Mountain Biking” course!

We will meet at Roanoke Mountain Adventures on Wednesday, June 28th at 9am. From there, we will ride to Vic Thomas Park where the girls will get comfortable on their bikes and learn the basics. We will return to RMA, eat lunch, and even go on a short tubing trip down the Roanoke River.

After lunch, we’ll head off to tackle the mountain biking trails at Carvin’s Cove. There are plenty of fun and easy beginner trails that we can explore. We will return to RMA by 5:30pm that afternoon. RMA will provide transportation to and from Carvin’s Cove.

Please note that we require that participants already be able to ride a bike.
