In the heat of the summer, nothing beats a RIDE & RIVER day.

Join us for a day of casual biking riding followed by some relaxed tubing on the Roanoke River. We will meet at Roanoke Mountain Adventures to be fitted with bikes and explore Roanoke’s Greenways. After a morning of riding, we’ll return to RMA to eat lunch and do some afternoon tubing on the Roanoke River.

For this event, we require that participants already know how to ride a bike.

TRANSPORTATION: Please note that transportation for this event will NOT be provided. You will be responsible for dropping off and picking up your child. More details on drop-off and pick-up will be provided in a follow-up email.

If your child would like to join us but transportation is a barrier to her participation, please email us at info@thewildway.org so we can try to find a solution.

PAYMENT: The Wild Way’s activities are offered on a sliding scale fee. After filling out the application below, you will be directed to a site where you can make your preferred contribution amount. Our services are FREE to families in need. Please don’t hesitate to request a fee waiver.
