The Wild Way’s overnight trips are always an adventure. This time, we will be tent camping in Alleghany County next to the beautiful Jackson River. Activities will depend on the weather, but may include canoeing, biking on the Jackson River Scenic Trail, hiking, and nature-based arts and crafts. And of course, hot dogs, s’mores, and stories around the campfire.

Don’t miss out! This event is open to girls ages 9 to 14.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation WILL be provided to this event. You will drop-off your child at Wasena Park at 12pm on Saturday, October 25th and pick her up at 12pm on Sunday, October 26th.

PAYMENT: The Wild Way’s activities are offered on a sliding scale fee. After filling out the application below, you will be directed to a site where you can make your preferred contribution amount. Our services are FREE to families in need. Please don’t hesitate to request a fee waiver.
