The Power of Journaling
Journaling is a powerful tool that is SCIENTIFICALLY-PROVEN to reduce stress, increase emotional regulation, and get this…even boost our immune systems. Studies even show that the act of putting pencil to real paper (not a finger to a screen) enhances these effects even more.
We think that journaling is a really special way to reflect, calm yourself, and capture a little snapshot of YOU at a moment in time. We journaled throughout our Spring Break Camps, and we hope that the girls keep them. Maybe when they find them again in a few years, they’ll read them with a smile.
