The Dream Team

This was the dream team...for real. Summer 2026 will be hard to beat. For our events this season, we had our new Adventure Coordinator Laura on board, along with our steadfast Wild Wayfarer Caroline and our simply unforgettable Field Intern Emily.

Saying goodbye to Emily (aka the GOAT) was extremely tough and tears were shed. She was there for every single event, on time and reliable, and she always gave 110%. She is moving on to VT in a few weeks to study Biomedical Systems Engineering, and we are beyond proud and excited for her.

And to make it harder, although Caroline will still be with us this fall and spring, this was likely her final summer as a Wayfarer since she will soon be a COLLEGE STUDENT. Yes, that's right. She has been with us for Paddlesports Camp nearly every year since the program started, and we can't believe how quickly the time has gone by.

We are beyond grateful for these memories we've created this summer - thank you all for making The Wild Way so magical.
