Staying cool in the summer heat

Stay cool. Today, we visited Roanoke Mountain Adventures for some Greenway bike riding and Roanoke River tubing. It should not surprise you that due to the heat we didn’t do a lot of biking. But we spent A LOT of time in the water, and there was clearly no better place to be today.
