The way we talk to ourselves matters. Your inner dialogue shapes your thinking, feelings, behavior, and your confidence.
Today, we had fun challenging ourselves at The Peaks Retreat & Adventure Center on their rock wall and awesome zip-line, and we also took some time to reflect on how we can be kinder to ourselves.
What are some negative things that we say to ourselves, and how can we flip those negative thinking patterns into something positive and healthy? It’s all about GROWTH MINDSET! We also wrote letters to our younger selves, which helps us reflect on how far we’ve come and remember that things can change and get better.
