Hitting the Trails with Roanoke Star Cycling

Last night, we spent the evening exploring Carvin’s Cove’s mountain biking trails with Roanoke Star Cycling, and we had a FANTASTIC time! With the help of RSC’s female coaches and team members, each of these girls received an introduction to mountain biking basics. We ran drills in the field and then hit the trails, followed by some post-ride pizza and s’mores. The girls made enormous progress in just a few hours.
