Adventure Coordinator (click here for the full job description)
The Adventure Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to plan and lead outdoor events and other programming (primarily during the summer) and assists with basic administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a high-energy, dependable individual who loves the outdoors, enjoys working with youth, and is excited to help create safe, confidence-building experiences for girls ages 9–14. This is a part-time, salaried position at $10,800 per year (25% time at the equivalent of $20 per hour x 520 hours per year).

The Field Intern is a full-time, seasonal summer position for a college student age 18+ interested in outdoor recreation, youth development, and nonprofit work. This hands-on role supports summer events (including week-long day camps and overnight trips) by assisting with activities, equipment management, and participant supervision. Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and passionate about the outdoors and youth development. This position includes a $2,000 stipend.
