Caving (aka Underground Spa Day)
In February, The Wild Way worked with Roanoke City Parks & Recreation to take this adventurous group of girls into a WILD cave. What started as an intimidating and spooky experience quickly morphed into pure joy as the girls explored this natural playground.
Strength Training is for Everyone
In January, The Wild Way held an “Intro to Strength Training” event at Community Unify Roanoke. We talked about how strength training builds strong bodies AND strong minds, and we learned some fun new movements and games to keep us healthy.
